PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Applicant is requesting certification of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR), approval of a Development Review Permit (DRP), Structure Development Permit (SDP), Development Agreement and/or Vesting Tentative Map, and an Affordable Housing Plan to redevelop the 13.4 acre site with a net increase of 62 residential units from existing conditions. The project would involve the demolition of a total of 198 existing residential units on the site and construction of a new apartment complex consisting of 228 new multi-family residential units, and 32 affordable senior housing units, for a total of 260 new units in 24 buildings.
