Residential Trash & Recycling Cart Exchange  Trash Cart Exchange - Week of October 22nd WM trash carts will be exchanged with gray EDCO trash carts on your regular service day. Please ensure trash carts are out at the curb the night before or by 6 a.m. on your regular service day and leave trash carts out all day until exchange has occurred. Recycling Cart Exchange - Week of October 29th WM recycling carts will be exchanged with blue EDCO recycling carts on your regular service day. Please ensure recycling carts are out at the curb the night before or by 6 a.m. on your regular service day and leave recycling carts out all day until exchange has occurred.
