| As part of the City's annual pavement project, there are select streets that are scheduled to be paved at night. This night work is conducted to minimize lengthy disruptions to the surrounding neighborhood and to avoid impacting traffic during the evening rush hours. This upcoming night work is scheduled for the following streets:
- Highland Drive: From Lomas Santa Fe to Uno Verde
- South Acacia Street: From Plaza Street to the Distillery parking lot (across from the Post Office)
The operation will begin at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 25th, and is expected to be completed in the early morning hours on Thursday, October 26th. All travel lanes will be fully restored to normal traffic conditions by 5:00 am on Thursday morning.
The paving work will involve the use of night lights, heavy equipment, and asphalt delivery trucks. Although we will have appropriate traffic detour and control measures in place, we kindly recommend avoiding the work area if possible.
