Construction of the new Fletcher Cove Tot Lot has officially begun! The construction activity began yesterday with the installation of construction fencing and screening and initiation of demolition of the existing playground. Since concrete will be removed as part of the demolition process, this will be one of the noisiest components of construction. The contractor will make every effort to minimize the noise level in compliance with City standards. While the access to the beach and the rest of the park is open for public use, please avoid the construction zone. Construction is anticipated to be completed by the end of June 2023.

Refreshments include lemonade, coffee, popcorn and cookies.
