Champions for Health is celebrating its sixth year hosting the Annual Solana Beach Sunset 5K Fun Run/Walk and Wellness Expo, being held at Fletcher Cove on October 12th at 2 pm. This unique event is California’s only sunset beach run and walk and will support Champions for Health’s Community Wellness and Diabetes Prevention Programs.

This year’s event is presented by the Doctors Company and is in partnership with the County of San Diego, the San Diego County Medical Society, the City of Solana Beach, and the Skinny Gene Project, and expect more than 1,000 participants in the race and the Wellness Expo.

Everyone is invited to enjoy the Run/Walk, Wellness Expo, live music, food trucks, kids' activities, Superhero costume contest, and more. Registration is still open at www.SB5K.org.
