| | Quartet Nouveau has earned a reputation throughout San Diego as an exciting, emerging group known for their energizing and deeply emotional performances. Since forming, Quartet Nouveau has performed at numerous venues in the San Diego area. As a group, they take great interest in their concert programming and have a wide range of composers in their repertoire. For the past 3 years, Quartet Nouveau has hosted a composition competition with applicants from across the world. As well as being avid performers, Quartet Nouveau is committed to music education. All of the members of the group maintain private studios and the group runs "Quartet Lab," a program that gives student groups the chance to be coached by the members of Quartet Nouveau and perform in a formal recital. |
 | | This event is free and open to the public. The public is encouraged to bring low-back beach chairs, ground cover, and picnics . . . and arrive "Car-Free." No alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, pets, or personal BBQ's allowed during concerts. |
