Proposed Genevieve Senior Care Facility to hold Community Input Meetings Workshops Proposed for March 13th March 24th NOTE: This project is subject to the provisions of Proposition T (Ordinance No. 266) which requires voter approval to change, alter or increase General Plan Residential land use categories. The City is providing this notification for informational purposes only.  In addition to voter approval, the project will also be subject to all City requirements including view assessment, discretionary permit and environmental review.  The developer of a proposed Solana Beach Senior Care Facility, a 96-bed senior and memory care center, will be holding meetings to engage the community about this project and its proposed design elements.   The Facility is proposed for the property at 959 Genevieve located just south of the Timbers building, on the vacant lot on the south side of Genevieve street, east of I-5.   The public is invited to attend one or both of the following meetings: Tuesday, March 13, 6:00pm - 7:30pm, Community Workshop, Calvary Lutheran Church, 424 Via de la Valle Saturday, March 24, 10:00am - 12:00pm, Community Workshop at the site, 959 Genevieve St. At both meetings, the developer will share information about the proposed project and solicit feedback from attendees. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
