City Council Vacancy

City Council Vacancy 
Application Period: 
Beginning March 29, 2018 12:00 p.m.
and accepted no later than April 5, 2018 5:00 p.m.
At the March 28, 2018 Regular Council meeting, the City Council approved to accept applications to fill an unexpected Council Vacancy for the remaining time of the term. Applications must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office.
 
The City Council will review and consider applications for appointment at an April 11, 2018 Special Council Meeting.
 
The appointed member will agree Not to Run for the candidate seat in the November 6, 2018, General Election. 

Once appointed, and sworn in, the appointed member's term will begin immediately and end at the certification of election results in December, which would elect a new member to the seat.
