On Wednesday, February 13th, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers, the City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider adopting revised SEA rates in response to the recent rate changes adopted by SDG&E. The proposed new rates maintain the 3% rate reduction on energy generation as previously directed by City Council when SEA was launched.

In addition, the Council will receive the second quarter update on SEA operations including updated revenues, costs, financial projections and current cash flow analysis.
